Havant
The Borough of Havant comprises urban and rural areas in South East of Hampshire, between the South Downs and the sea. It has a population of 116,900 people and a total area of 30 square miles. Its rural and coastal environment provides an excellent quality of life for employees and their families.

Beyond 2016 the focus will shift to the Major Development Area west of Waterlooville that is being planned. The 20-hectare site will include housing and substantial employment space will be allocated.
