The Harbour Economic Development Forum (HEDF) is the inward investment agency partnership of four local authorities - Fareham, Gosport, Havant and Portsmouth.
It aims to secure new investment and employment for the city region, by providing Invest-in-Portsmouth, a free and comprehensive relocation service for potential investors and businesses.
